Ralph Hernandez – Chief Operations Officer
Ralph has over 25 years’ experience in all phases of Utility Infrastructure Management including: Engineering & Design, Risk Management, Safety & Best Practice Strategies, MSA Contract Management, Turnkey Design/Build Project Management, FDOT Signalization, Lighting, ITS Construction Management and Power Distribution Restoration Projects. He also has extensive experience in Hurricane Restoration and Mobilization efforts with AT&T, FPL Fibernet and Crown Castle. Ralph is a member of the Latin Builders Association and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Florida International University.

The Blue Streak team has been providing these services to the marketplace since its inception in 2009.
